A: To provide an accurate quote within 24 hours, we need your part 3D drawings (STEP, IGES, or X_T format), estimated annual quantity, plastic material (e.g., PP, ABS, PC), and your injection machine tonnage/tie-bar spacing.

A: Before steel cutting, our engineering team provides a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) report and mold layout, verifying nozzle radius, locating ring size, ejector pin layout, and tie-bar clearance against your machine specifications.

A: Lead time ranges from 3 to 4 weeks for medium-sized molds (e.g., home appliances) and 5 to 7 weeks for large-scale or high-precision tools (e.g., automotive bumpers or multi-cavity precision molds).
