Car front bumper mould

The car bumper is a safety device that absorbs and mitigates external impact and protects the front and rear parts of the car body. It is generally composed of three parts: a plastic bumper, a buffer material and a crossbeam. The plastic bumper has strength, rigidity and decorativeness. From a safety point of view, it can play a buffering role and protect the front and rear car bodies when a car collides; from the appearance point of view, it can be naturally combined with the car body, forming a whole, with good decorativeness, and has become an important part of decorating the appearance of the car.

The shape of the car’s front bumper is similar to that of a saddle. The material is PP+EPDM-TD20, and the shrinkage rate is 0.95%. The Chinese name of PP is polypropylene, which is the main material of the bumper. The Chinese name of EPDM is ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, which can improve the elasticity of the bumper cover, and TD20 refers to the addition of 20% talcum powder to the material, which can improve the rigidity of the bumper cover.
The main injection mold of the front bumper of the car adopts internal parting technology, through the hot runner, and the glue is controlled by the sequential valve. The undercuts on both sides adopt a structure of a large inclined top sleeve, a horizontal inclined top and a straight top. This mold has a large straight top and an inclined top.
